This is incorrect. They will NOT install a recessed box, even with Best Buy premium installation if this will be above a fireplace (even decorative fireplace with no venting). They will only do this if the TV is mounted without a fireplace under it. This forum, plus Best Buy support (call) answered this wrong, now costing me extra to get another installer, and delayed installation several weeks.

And install the secondary box as well - where the cables exit the wall? Will they install the electrical outlet into this flangeless box?

The recessed box used in the video for the installation is a 14.25" x 14.25" recessed box without a flange. Please watch the video on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhCdALQKXZ8&feature=youtu.before attempting to do the installation yourself. We highly recommend professional installation. If you opt to have the installation done by Best Buy's Geek Squad, they will provide the recessed, cut out the sheet rock and mount the recessed box...^IFV

That video shows them installing a recessed box and then cuts to them installing the TV on the bracket with the recessed box nowhere to be seen for the rest of the video. Nothing showing them connecting it to the tv, running the cables, etc. It’s completely worthless and totally ambiguous.
