QuestionWhat length of screw do I purchase for wall mounting? I want to keep my existing wall mound but the screws on my previous tv are long. All I need to do is buy shorter lengthen screws.

- Answer Due to different thicknesses of wall mounts we do not have the screw length for every mount. We would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of the wall mount for this information. ^CP

QuestionLove this tv, but at least once a day, the sound goes out and about 4 seconds later, the television turns off and comes back on. It's VERY annoying and I'd love to know what I can do to fix this.

QuestionI realize TV Broadcasts will only give you 1080i or 720p resolution at most and your TV. For specifically this use, wlll this tv look better than an older TV since it is 4k and will upscaling or will the older TV look better because of upscaling issues

- Answer Not a center stand. It comes with two mounting feet that are installed near the edges so any surface you wish to set this on will need to be nearly as wide as the TV itself.

- Answer There is a option in the display settings to auto adjust the screen format for the format of the programming. If it's already set on that setting then you are either watching a program that's not supporting 16x9 (wide screen) format or you are not watching the HD channel that would give you the correct format. The black or grey bars on either side of the screen represent the 4x3 format

QuestionI recently purchased a Samsung 55" 4K. One if my favorite things is the "smart remote" that works on my Xbox's, DVD players, video streaming apps, Verizon, etc. Looking to buy this TV for the bedroom. Does this LG also have a smart remote control?

- Answer The TV doesn't come with a 'smart' remote, but you can separately purchase an LG Magic remote which allows you to point, click, scroll and use voice commands.
