“Does the tv come with mounting screws? My Townhouse already has a mount on the wall but the screws they have for the mount are for Sharp tv's.”

This Tv and most all Tvs don't come with the mounting screws unless it's a special situation. The Sharp tv bolts depending on the previous size most likely will be too big. If you needed to buy some, Home Depot sells bolts. These bolts will be metric and will be between an M4 and M6. The length of the bolt will be measured in millimeters and that depending on the thickness of the bracket should be around 25mm (which is roughly 1 inch). But you can check the depth with a paper clip or toothpick to be sure the maximum and pick your bolt length accordingly.
