Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased this unit back in early April from Best Buy and it did include a window mounting kit. I was very excited to get it installed, bit more detailed and harder to install but seemed well worth it because the unit felt solid in the window. Unfortunately, I had to return the unit because it was damaged in delivery which wasn't discovered until after the unit was installed in the window. Had to remove and return it and forced to buy something in stock that day. I compromised and got a GE unit which has been underwhelming. I really wish this LG unit would have worked out for me - seemed very solid and based on research was one of the quietest units on the market.
