“The whole right side of my range does not work. When you push the buttons nothing happens. How do I go about filing a warranty claim on this? Is it too late to exchange it for a range that has knobs? HELP!!!”

Not an answer - but the same thing has happened to us. 16 months after purchase neither of the right side top burners work - and neither does the middle warmer. Maybe product defect across the board.
