A:AnswerThis so called Easy Clean feature is worthless. I warn everyone that if they do not want to be on their knees cleaning an oven, buy an oven that self cleans. Not this "Easy Clean " feature that supposedly cleans with water. The pressurized water bottle and any accessories listed in the Easy Clean video aren't included with the oven. I spent a lot if time on the phone being bounced from department to department trying to buy the Cleaning Kit. Apparently it doesn't exist. I guess LG ovens with self cleaning features cost the company too much money on ovens that break under warranty. I never dreamed in 2020 an oven doesn't come with self cleaning.

A:AnswerFirst I take a wet, but well squeezed sponge and thoroughly clean the top, then then I dry it with a paper towel, then I squirt some Cerama Bryte and clean the whole surface with the special tough sponge they provided with the range. Then again clean it off with a wet sponge. And only then I dry it with paper towels. If there are some dots or spots - they are easily cleaned off with a razor. Sounds long and tedious but in reality it's a matter of 3 - 4 minutes in all and your glass top is like new!
A:AnswerWe would recommend following the cooking instructions for your popcorn machine regarding its usage. If aluminum pans slide across the ceramic cooktop, they may leave metal marks which will resemble scratches. Remove these marks immediately. ^CP
A:AnswerOnly porcelain enameled cast-iron dutch ovens and skillets. Do not use the old Lodge type cast iron unless it's enameled. Do not slide any pot across the top. Pick up and move it, to prevent scratches.
A:AnswerThe cooktop of the LRE3061ST is Grey Patterned on Black Ceramic Glass. Use ceramic cooktop cleaner on the glass cooktop. Other creams may not be as effective or may scratch, damage or stain the cooktop surface. Before using the cooktop for the first time, clean it with a ceramic cooktop cleaner. This helps protect the top and makes cleanup easier. If any sugar or food containing sugar (preserves, ketchup, tomato sauce, jellies, fudge, candy, syrups, chocolate) spills, or plastic or foil melts on the cooktop, remove the molten material IMMEDIATELY with a metal razor scraper (it will not damage the decorated cooking surface) while the cooking surface is still hot to avoid the risk of damage to the glass-ceramic surface. For your safety, please use an oven mitt or pot holder while scraping the hot cooking surface. Be careful not to slide pots and pans across the cooktop. Doing so will leave metal markings on the cooktop surface. To help remove these marks, use a ceramic cooktop cleaner with a cleaning pad for ceramic cooktops. If pots with a thin overlay of aluminum or copper are allowed to boil dry, the overlay may leave black discoloration on the cooktop. This should be removed immediately before heating again or the discoloration may be permanent. Cookware with rough or uneven bottoms can mark or scratch the cooktop surface.
