    • Answer Hi there, Sher. Thank you for sharing your inquiry with us. We understand your inquiry regarding any potential display issues with the LREL6323S electric range. While any appliance with an electronic display can experience a malfunction over time, we want to assure you that the design of the LREL6323S control board is intended for long-term reliability. If your display were to become dim, show incomplete digits, or stop working, a few simple steps we would recommend for troubleshooting include: Power Reset: Completely disconnect the power to the range by turning off the circuit breaker for a few minutes, then turning it back on. Check for Lockout: Ensure the Control Lock or Sabbath Mode is not accidentally activated, as these features can disable the display or controls. • QuestionMy front burner is overheating even though I have it on low. I have tried turning the circuit breaker off and resetting it. What else should I try?

    Asked by clg.

    • Answer Hello there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding your LG LREL6323S unit. We understand your situation with your front burner heating up on low. Based on our official LG guidelines for range and cooktop troubleshooting, one step you can try is to confirm that you’re using the proper cookware. Ensuring that your pan fully covers the designated burner area can help maintain even heat distribution and may resolve the overheating issue. Additionally, please double-check that the burner setting is correctly adjusted and observe the glow indicator through the cooktop surface. If the glow extends beyond your cookware or appears uneven, adjusting the pan placement might help regulate the heat output. • QuestionCan you use the black mats on the bottom of the oven for easy cleaning of spills?

    Asked by Jennifer.

    • Answer No to aluminum foil, so most likely no to the mats, as well. Since this range has two self-clean options, messes can be easily cleaned. I also place things like casseroles, that might boil over on foil-lined baking sheets, and that doesn't cause the elements to overheat in spot, as does foil on the bottom of the oven.

  • QuestionWhat cleaning solutions are best for this stove? I made the mistake of using easy off spray and now it's hard to clean. Please help.

    Asked by Hacks.

    • Answer I would wash the cooktop with a wet paper towel then dry with a paper towel. Buy some "Glass Cooktop Cleaner & Polish" then apply this to the cooktop wipe it around with a paper towel. You can rinse this off with a wet paper towel or just wipe with a soft cloth to polish the surface. I use a microfiber wash mitt (for cars) to polish mine. Hopefully this will help.

  • QuestionHello, I just purchased this stove and followed the instruction what to do before first use. After keeping an oven on 450 for a while, I noticed that the whole stove is quite hot by touch, like all the stainless steel parts but the drawer. Is it normal?

    Asked by JP.

    • Answer Hello, JP. Thank you for reaching out about your new LG LREL6323S Range. It's normal for the stove to become warm during operation, especially when the oven is set to a high temperature like 450°F. Stainless steel surfaces, including the cooktop and surrounding areas, can heat up as they conduct heat from the oven. This heat distribution is part of the stove's design and ensures efficient cooking and baking. However, if you find that the stove is excessively hot or if you have any concerns about the heat distribution, please ensure the following: After use, allow the stove to cool down naturally before touching or cleaning it. Ensure that the area around the stove is well-ventilated to dissipate excess heat. The drawer beneath the oven is designed to remain cooler than the cooking surfaces, providing a safe area for storage. If you have specific questions or need further assistance with your LG LREL6323S Range, please send us a private message on our social media platform via @LGUSSupport. Our team is here to address any concerns you may have and provide additional guidance. Thank you for choosing LG. ^Sam
