“We bought this oven recently and have tried airfry and convection baking, neither seems to work right. We can't hear the fan at all, I don't think it is even running. Should we be able to hear the oven fan during airfry and convection baking?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The fan is very quiet, so your oven is fine. Its good to know that this oven automatically adjusts the temperature for convection baking and cooking. Convection cooking temperatures are less than non-convection
