“Went to 3 stores for induction range. No help My question is I make fried potatoes and on a gas stove I turn the stove on low and leave 15 min or so before turning. I do that about 5 -6 times I get a brown crunch delish potato can i do that on an inducti?”

• Hi, You can do frying on the induction cooktop and this range is an electric range. You can do pre heat on the oven.
