QuestionCan range slide all the way back to the wall?

- Answer No. Because the stove requires the installation of the Anti Tip Device therefore, the Rear Top Plate Filler is about 1/2” away from the wall. It doesn’t look bad at all. There might be a wider top plate available or you could get creative with the tile backsplash in that area. One other important thing to note is the floor material that is beneath the bottom of the stove. The installation manual is clear about the bottom temperature rating to protect the floor. We ended up removing just enough of the LVP flooring and our stove sits on a concrete slab. I hope this helps…

QuestionCan you light this stove top (or any other LG model stove top) in the event of a power outage?

- Answer Hi Claire, Good question. Most of the newer ovens on the market have what's called an inverter to prevent gas from seeping out during a power outage. Therefore, most of the newer stoves don't light without electricity. Please see our link https://www.lg.com/us to see our product line. ~Tanisha

- Answer Depending on the shape of the turkey, the lower oven for the LG 6.9 cu. ft. Smart Gas Double Oven Slide-in Range with InstaView®, ProBake® Convection, Air Fry, and Air Sous Vide, Model # LTGL6937D will accommodate up to a 22 lbs turkey, but as you are aware from your own experience, not all 21 lbs turkeys have the same shape. The interior W x H x D dimensions for the lower oven are 24 13/16" x 14 1/4" x 19 15/16" so you can measure your 21 lbs turkey to make sure it will fit...^Ivan

Smart Gas Double Oven Slide-in Range with InstaView®, ProBake® Convection, Air Fry, and Air Sous Vide, Model # LTGL6937F is only available in the lower oven. The Griddle Plate that comes with the range oven is removable and it is designed to only be used with the center grate. Your own griddle may not fit on the center grate for this range oven...^Ivan

- Answer Hi Jules. The yellow Gateron switch stems are not made of brass, but rather a POM (polyoxymethylene) material. Our materials aren't made of lead. - Answer I am sorry. I have know idea. We change the stove over to LP gas from natural gas without any problems. I think that will be a manufacture question. But I love the range.

- Answer Hey there, Terri. The biggest benefit of open burners is their efficiency. Because open burners don't have an airtight seal around the burner, they have more oxygen in their flames, which means you get higher temperature outputs. This direct access to the flames also grants you better control over your cooking: you can easily change from a low temperature to a high one (or vice versa) in seconds. Sealed burners are a newer development in the world of gas stove tops, and they have an airtight seal surrounding the gas outlets, preventing food and liquid from falling into the ports. You work with less direct flame, meaning that sealed burners tend to be safe to use than their open counterparts. This typically means that you may be sacrificing some temperature output with sealed burners and may not be able to reach the same temperatures as you can with an open burner. ~Anthony
