- Answer I'm confused with LG's representative answer. They replied, "has a standard ARC", but in the pictures you can clearly see one of the HDMI ports says ARC/eARC.

- Answer Hi, The a7 gen 4 processor is still present in the LG QNED 83. The LG QNED 80 and 85 from this year employ the more recent a7 gen 5 processor. also The LG - 65" Class 83 Series QNED Mini-LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV's screen is matte. ^James.

- Answer I’m wondering if 2500 dimming zones is actually 2500 mini leds? I don’t see any TV’s with that many zones. Even the QNED85 has less than 200, so this lower model has 2300 more? There is a disconnect here in getting accurate information or a misunderstanding or error in the info the rep is accessing about the tv. I’ve asked for clarification in another post here.
