QuestionFor the 65" C1 model what is the distance of the top VESA holes to the top of the screen and bottom of screen ? Same for bottom VESA holes. Thanks

QuestionMy C9 has started flashing in low black shaded areas . I read these models n previous are susceptible 2 this . Does the CX do this as well ? I tried different settings via online message boards but no luck . This just started after having the tv for 2 yrs

QuestionBecause this TV has mounting holes at the bottom of the TV, is there some sort of extension that can be purchased to make it a center mount? I have a space meant for center mounting TVs and can not be moved. Any suggestions?

- Answer Try and see if you find a stand taller for the tv. Adjustment might or might not do the trick. Tv is heavy. You would one solid piece

- Answer i have a 65" tv on a 50" stand, but the stand was in the middle, so it was strong, but the edges came out a little past the tv, but not where it would hinder anything, just be carful if at a door that it it does not touch. Mines is just right

- Answer Either will work. There is an Ethernet input on the back. Just connect it and then use the remote to select internet input and you will be in business.

QuestionAnyone else who bought the LG C1 wifi won't re-enable? I bought the 65 inch LG C1 and the wifi went out and wont enable (slider wont move) in options after 4 days of use. I have tried the factory reset and unplugging TV for two days. No Wifi.

- Answer I think this is probably a pretty rare occurrence. Do you have the ability to update the TV via Ethernet? What I mean is can you hardwire it into your router firewall? If you can you may want to try to do a firmware update if you already have it. Otherwise I would suggest exchanging it if it's within the 14-day or calling LG support

QuestionHas anyone been able to pair the magic remote with apple tv? I can only get "up" & "down" programmed. When trying "left," apple tv says the button is already in use. The "universal control settings" feature in the C1 doesn't seem help.

- Answer It seems that the remote isn’t as magical as advertised. Missing a number of key features on it. It doesn’t fully function as a universal remote, seems limited by line of sight (IR?). No backlit numbers, or even some sort of identification scheme for dark room usage.. I have only found success using the remote to control the volume on any of my equipment. Sort of a shame for such a device..
