240 refresh rate is 120mhz and 120 refresh rate is 60 mhz. TV's with a model number ending in the 800and higher are 120 MHz others below the 800 are 60 mhz.

I am 3 weekends into the NFL season on this TV and the motion handling has been excellent. Refresh rate together with motion interpolation and black frame insertion help mitigate motion blur. A tv needs a minimum of a 120Hg to employ motion interpolation or black frame insertion.
