“I recently purchased this tv and I am disappointed with the picture while watching basketball. The quality is fine as long as the player motion is slow. I’ve tried multiple settings to no avail. Any suggestions?”

Hello, sounds like you need to adjust the TruMotion setting. Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode Settings > Picture Options. Go to Trumotion and select the one that best fits your preference. It may take a little bit to figure it out or you may prefer it be off. ^AC

I believe you need some sort of HDMI converter with this one, in order for it to show the picture quality, that you see in the stores.. I was EXTREMELY Disappointed
