I see what you're saying, and that's very strange. I think it might be a typo on Best Buy's site. Here is the link to the same TV on LG's site http://www.lg.com/us/tvs/lg-65UJ7700-4k-uhd-tv and it clearly says in the specs that it DOES have HDR. I own this TV and so I can tell you it has HDR.

In fact the salesman shared with me that this was the lowest price point TV to have what he called "True" HDR. He said a lot of them can receive the HDR signal but may not be able to process it.
