“My current TV is hooked up via an HDMI cable to my stereo Dolby sound system which features 200 watts and seven speakers. The Yamaha receiver is NOT blue tooth compatible. My sound is incredible. Can I hook up my current sound system to this TV?”

Yes. That's exactly how you connect a TV to external audio these days.... HDMI. Video quality would drop with Bluetooth.
