You can have more than 1 device if your device has a master on it. You can mix the sound to your choosing if you have the right bar or reciever to do so. It will support 2 devices running at once.

Yes: settings, sound, sound out, Bluetooth device, then set up your headphones and a Bluetooth device. Once you set up the Bluetooth head phones the sound bar will automatically mute, but once you go back to listening you may have to set your tv to the sound bar setting. HAPPY LISTENING!
