A:Answer TVs do not have the same serial number. Each TV has its own serial number that is unique to it.

Price matches can be requested at the time of purchase or within your 15-day return window (or up to 60 days for My Best Buy Plus/Total members).
The product sold from Best Buy must be a matching brand, model number, and color to qualify. The product must also be a new product.
