“This has three 3 HDMI Inputs and Zero HDMI Outputs?. If you plug the HDMI from a device (PS4) to the soundbar for audio how does the video get to the TV? Am I missing something?”

You need to use the optical cord and pick either opitcial one or two and then from the the sound bar will be the source of sound and subwoofer instead of your tv.

Don't have it hooked to a gaming system however I have hooked to Sony Blyray player. Try plugging Ps unit into sound bar with hdmi cable then plug another hdmi into tv. Then on soundbar choose the port you have it hooked to such as hdmi 3. The game should show up on the tv

The HDMI ARC is technically input and output. If your TV is compatible, that will send sound from the TV and video to the TV. I'm not certain, but I think you can use it strictly as an output, if your TV doesn't support ARC, but most have for a while, so it shouldn't be a problem.
