No. Best Buy sends out the most likely to fit vent kit if they do the install. You have to buy it.

The exhaust duct must be 4 inches (10.2 cm) in diameter with no obstructions. The exhaust duct should be kept as short as possible. Rigid or semi-rigid metal ducting is recommended for use between the dryer and the wall. In special installations when it is impossible to make a connection with the above recommendations, a UL-listed flexible metal transition duct may be used between the dryer and wall connection only.
