• We went with gas. We had gas brought in several years ago so it was ready when we needed a new dryer. Gas is much more efficient and costs less for sure.

• Gas for sure. It costs a little more than the electric but you make it up in a few months.

• Hi Al. The answer you have already received is correct, Gas should be less expensive to operate but you can easily verify this by looking at the utility rates on your gas and electric bill. You can easily find the averages for running a Gas Appliance versus an Electric Appliance online to get a better idea of the costs involved...IFV
