Mine finishes at 33 1/4 mainly due to where my gas line is located,and using straight 4 pipe for venting is the best way.

Mine is 36”, but I put in a hard vent to go straight to my outside. It is 3” from the back wall. So it would definitely fit your 33” space. I love the dryer.
