How can you open the door when it is locked ? null

I was told when I purchased the dryer that it must be stopped prior to opening it. If you try to open it while it is running, you will break it and it will need to be repaired. You can pause the dryer if in mid cycle. I hope this helps.

You have to "pause" the cycle and wait for it to stop, then it will unlock and enable you to open it.

Mine doesn't lock. Just pull really hard.

You will need to power it off or hit pause.
