What size electrical amp. circuit is required? null

How does it require 50 amp when the output is 15.5 kw which is 64.58 amp? According to the amperage I would need a 4/3 wire with a 70 amp breaker direct wires to the oven.

Model LDE4413ST requires 50 amps with 120/208V or 120/240V. ^Daphane
