“We picked up our dryer today and peeled the cardboard box from the dryer and the door is hanging from the top hinge only. The bottom hinge was never attached. Is this how they are packed or did we get a defective one? There are no screws included.”

Contact the support team. I had mine installed but it came complete, intact. You should have someone come and look at it.
