Thank you for your interest in the LG Gas Dryer (DLG7301WE) model. If your LG DLG7301WE dryer won't turn on, try these steps to troubleshoot the issue: 1. Check the power supply: Make sure the dryer is plugged into a working outlet directly, without using an extension cord. Also, check the circuit breaker in your home and reset any flipped breakers if necessary. 2. Perform a hard reset: Unplug the dryer, then press and hold the POWER/START button for 5 seconds. After that, hold the PLAY/PAUSE button for another 5 seconds. Plug the dryer back in and see if it turns on. 3. Check for child lock: Some dryers have a child lock feature that can prevent them from starting. Check if the child lock is enabled and disable it if needed. 4. Inspect the thermal fuse: A blown thermal fuse can also prevent the dryer from starting. If the thermal fuse is defective, it will need to be replaced. If symptoms persist, you can easily get in touch with us for your concerns by sending us a private message on facebook or twitter using @LGUSSupport and we would be pleased to help. ^Cris
