- Answer This dryer does not come with a power cord. The type of cord used is dependent on your outlet. The dryer should be connected to a 4-hole outlet. Use a 30-amp, 240-volt, 4-wire, UL-listed power cord with #10 AWG minimum copper conductor and closed loop or forked terminals with upturned ends. A 3-wire connection is NOT permitted on new construction after January 1,1996. ^Daphane

QuestionIf I stack the electric dryer and vent it out the right side. How far from back wall do I need for the unit? Concerned about total depth.

- Answer Yes, model DLEX4200B can be stacked and vented from the right. The w dryer is configured to vent to the rear. It can also vent to the bottom or side. The side venting kit is part number 3911EZ9131X, https://www.lg.com/us/laundry-accessories/lg-3911ez9131x. This dryer has been tested for clearances of 1 inch (2.5 cm) on the sides and rear. Recommended clearances should be considered for the following reasons: • Additional clearances should be considered for ease of installation and servicing. • Additional clearances should be considered on all sides of the dryer to reduce noise transfer. For closet installation, with a door, minimum ventilation openings in the top and bottom of the door are required. Louvered doors with equivalent ventilation openings are acceptable. ^Daphane

QuestionI purchased this set a year ago. I love it; however the doors swing in the opposite directions making it difficult to switch the wash. Can the doors be changed?

- Answer You don't need to change the door.... The door that is on it can be affixed to the opposite side of the unit.... just make sure you mark the bottom of door to make it easy on yourself....
