Hi Kathy. If it is acceptable under your local codes and ordinances and when acceptable to your gas supplier, 3/8-inch approved tubing may be used for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 7.4 cu.ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Gas Dryer with TurboSteam™, Model # DLGX3901W where lengths for a rigid pipe are less that 20 ft. (6.1 m) The rigid pipe should be o.5-inch IPS. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What it's actually referring to is the npt size. Npt stands for national pipe thread. Just go to your local hardware store or home center and you'll be able to find the appropriate flexible gas whip and fittings.
