I assume you mean connectanymore. The only thing you can do is unplug the power cord for a couple minutes and then reconnectand see if it will work. Otherwise you will have to use the warranty. If it's out of warranty you'll just have to buy a new one or something else. Best thing about buying from Best Buyis the warranty system. You don't have to send stuff in just return it and they will give you a new one. G/L, hope it works out for you. Once the bluetooth doesn't wortk there isn't any troubleshooting you can do. If you can connect tht ddevie to other bluetooth enabled devices then it's the stereo.
