How do I stop a neighbor from accessing by BT? null

Turn it off, or have your Bluetooth device ready when you turn the stereo on so it will connect to yours. Once it's connected to yours, it's lock on until you turn your Bluetooth off.

I suggest you access your Bluetooth before turning on any music that way your neighbor won't be able to change music on you.
