“So got this nice lg cm4550 stereo. Thought can use lgtv for any flatscreen tv since had connections for it. Can't get work? Heard only works with lgtv actually one. Or not?”

I have mine connected to a hisense tv with a cord that has an aux type end on it with 2 rca ( red and white) connectors on the other end and it works great

Not all models. I tried syncing with blue tooth but my LG TV doesn't have blue tooth/sync capabilities nor does it have the necessary program to sync with my stereo. Disappointed yes but I still enjoy my stereo. I just won't able to use it for surround sound.
