Please try again later.Yes, the speaker wires are pre-attached to the speakers, and although adequate to do the job, are rather flimsy looking and not a very effective guage wire. I'm sure that cost played a part in selecting the means of attachment of the speakers. They work, but you are limited to the length of the attached wire, or you'll have to get creative with extender wire of your own devising. The Sub-Woofer wire has a funky connector on it that should be ok to leave alone as the Sub-woofer can be anywhere as bass sound is non-directional. You could extend the wires with other cable, but you would have to cut the sub-woofer installed cable. I'm sure that any modifications to wiring would void your warranty unless they came from LG.
