The LG Ultra Short Throw LED Projector with Embedded Battery and Digital TV Tuner, Model # PH450U cannot be ceiling mounted. Typically, projectors that can be mounted on a tripod will have bolt holes under them that you can also use to attach a ceiling mount for ceiling mounting. Regrettably, this monitor does not have that option and does not have any bolt holes under it that you can attach a ceiling mount or bracket to. ^CP
