QuestionWhat is the distance from the bottom of the screen to the base? Hoping a soundbar won't block the bottom of the screen.

- Answer Hello Bill, Thanks for reaching out. I just got my TV 2 weeks ago. I LOOOVE it so much; I can barely pull myself away from it. Regarding your question; I also have a sound bar. The sound bar will not block your screen to the point of interrupting your viewing experience. It may block the lower portion of the screen by no more than 1/4 to 1 inch. In any event, I put my sound bar on a separate stand in front of the TV. I did so because the sound bar will block the “eye” of the TV, creating an obstruction from the remote, turning the TV on and off. I hope this helps. I also strongly recommend you buy this TV. The picture is absolutely gorgeous; a viewing experience so immersive, I feel like I’m in the picture. Bill, good luck with your choice. Best, Tim

However, with an LG OLED TV, any risk of burn-in or image retention have been addressed through the use of technology that not only helps protect against damage to the screen, but features self-healing properties so that any short-term image retention that may occur is quickly rectified. `Jai.

- Answer The left column of VESA mount holes and right column of VESA mount holes for the LG 77 Inch Class B2 PUA series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS 22 w/ ThinQ AI TV, Model # OLED77B2PUA are 26.063" (662mm) from the sides of the panel. The bottom row of VESA mount holes is 8.15" (207 mm) from the bottom of the panel. The TV has a VESA Mount Pattern of 400 x 200 which means that the VESA mount holes are apart by 200 mm vertically. So if you add 200 mm which is 7.87" to the distance that the bottom row of VESA mount holes is from the bottom of the panel, that will be the distance between the top row of VESA mount holes and the bottom of the panel which is 16.02"...^Ivan

- Answer Hi! I believe what it’s trying to say is it’s Alexa compatible (almost every TV that connects to the internet is). When I say Alexa, my TV does not react. But, I can use my Alexa devices to turn my TV on and off. I believe this is what it is talking about.

- Answer Hello there. The LG C2 OLED is a higher-end TV than the LG B2 OLED, so it performs better overall. They have the same SDR peak brightness, but in HDR is where the C2 stands out as it gets brighter and highlights pop more. The C2 also has better gradient handling, resulting in less distracting banding while watching HDR content.^Vanessa

- Answer Hi, there. As long as they have a compatible connection it should work. You have to check if they have at least optical connection it should work and you can also use bluetooth as both C2 and B2 has it. ^Vanessa

- Answer Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. All new LG Smart TVs are Bluetooth enabled. However, older models don't have this technology. This shouldn't be a cause for concern. If this is the case, you can connect Bluetooth headphones to your LG TV with a Bluetooth TV audio adapter. `Jai.
