The TV does well in bright rooms and the colors are deep enough and rich enough that the lighting in the room doesn't effect the picture. The screen has anti glare I call it the black mirror with its fully powered off. But even though you see some reflection from a overhead light or lap it is not enough to the point you can't enjoy whatever your watching from my experience. This is the best TV experience at home I ever had and I rate it 10/10 for entertainment experience with gaming and movies.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All LG TVs have an anti-reflective coating to help negate the effect of glare. ^Daphane
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does at least as well as the 65" Samsung QLED that it replaced. Certainly bright enough and with minimal reflections. However, it's located in a corner of the room and with no windows directly across from it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does relect a good amount of light. I have two of these tv's. One in a dark media room and one in my den. My den tv picks up reflections from surrounding windows. I dont get direct sunlight in my windows due to their orientation but they still cause a small reflection. I would call me den a low light room btw. I cant compare these to others tvs cause i went from Plasma to these in the same rooms. If you have a bright to very bright room you might not be happy. The picture on these things is amazing but I think they have to be in the right room.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Reflection depends at what angle light is coming from Overhead light no problem, room with lots of windows reflection will be obvious. In my living room situation, only a problem in late afternoon with sunset , but that also depends on your viewing angle. For me the sun is coming in directly behind me for an hour or so only because I choose not to block out window with curtains or drapes. I like light ! Even with reflection the picture is absolutely gorgeous. I run a PS5 and an Alienware R12 computer into mine with no complaints.
