Q: QuestionIs it possible to use a different mount for this TV? I’d like to put Hue light strips behind the TV but I can’t do that if it’s flush against the wall (would be about two inches between wall and back of TV).
Asked by Brad.
- A:Answer Yes you can use just about any tv mount you choose. The mount I used pulls out from the wall about eight inches.

Q: QuestionDoes this TV have a 1 gig Ethernet port?
Asked by Lead.
- A:Answer I'd like to mention that even when it's not necessary, the gigabit ethernet port allows for instant fast-forwarding, rewinding, and there's never any buffering. That's one of the things I appreciate about having a gig port, which I currently have on my Nvidia shield. Although the shield is still functional, it's beginning to show some its age(as it has been several years since since the system has been upgraded, so no HDMI 2.1 (the shield supports many sound modes, but not all) and no 4k120. My setup involves connecting my shield directly to the TV (using HDMI), then connecting the TV to the receiver (using HDMI earc). I prefer to connect directly to my TV (with gigabit ethernet) and then go to the receiver (HDMI 2.1 earc). While going from the shield to the receiver to the TV would be nice if all connections were HDMI 2.1; they are not, as the shield is only HDMI 2.0, and the sound can sometimes be off, also even though it has most sound modes it doesn't have them all. Since Nvidia isn't updating its hardware, and many users don't even use the shield, having a gigabit port on the TV would simplify things, speed them up, and be unique.

Q: QuestionWhere should the recessed outlet be positioned to have this sit flush on the wall?å
Asked by Deemouair.
- A:Answer Hi there. Thank you for your inquiry. To ensure that the LG OLED77G3PUA sits flush on the wall, you should position the recessed outlet directly behind the TV. This will allow the TV to be mounted as close to the wall as possible, providing a clean and streamlined appearance. For precise measurements and installation guidance, we recommend referring to the TV's user manual or the installation instructions provided by LG. Additionally, if you have specific requirements or questions about the installation process, you may consider consulting a professional installer to ensure the optimal setup for your TV.
