With Dual Screen / Multi Screen in the Multi View, you can select multiple apps and watch them on one screen. Dual PC Monitor allows you to view the screen input via HDMI simultaneously. When you select two apps, you can switch between Side by Side and Picture in Picture views, and you can select which apps or inputs you can run in Multi View.
