The LG 800 Sq. Ft. 15,000 BTU Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Window Air Conditioner, Model # LW1521ERSM is designed for installation in standard single-hung or double-hung windows with actual opening widths from 29” to 41”. It has a width of 25.98", but the minimum window opening width of 29" is for the left and right curtain panels and you will not have enough space between the air conditioner's cabinet and your 26.75" window opening to fit the curtain panels. You could fit it into your window opening, but you will not be able to use the curtain panels and will need to find a different method to close the gap between the unit and your window frame. The LG 14,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner, Model # LW1424RD has a 22 1/5” width and is designed for installation in standard single-hung or double-hung windows with actual opening widths from 27” to 39” and will not fit into your window for the same reasons above for Model # LW1517ERSM. The difference between the air conditioners is the BTU rating as you can see from their titles. 14,000 BTU is ideal for cooling large rooms up to 700 sq. Ft., and 15,000 BTU is ideal for cooling rooms up to 800 square feet. They have different W x H x D dimensions and different CEER ratings, but the same EER rating...^Ivan.
