• A:Answer If the LG - 86" Class 70A Series QNED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), Model # 86QNED70AUA, is still within the return period stated on the back of your Best Buy receipt, you can contact Best Buy to let them know that the stand legs were missing. If you are past that return period, you will need to contact LG's Customer Support on social media (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.,) to let them know so they can send you a replacement for the stand legs. The TV only comes with a starter guide and has a built-in Users Guide on the TV...^Ivan.
