- Answer No. Currently only LG's higher-end OLEDs (GX, WX, ZX), Sony's X900H, and Samsung's 8K QLEDs have ATSC 3.0 tuners.

- Answer We had the same issue. You can purchase a Digital Optical Audio Cable and a Digital to Analog Converter at Best Buy to solve this issue. Our old sound system now works great with the new TV.

QuestionI'm confused. A LG representative mentioned that this 2020 model TV does not have HDMI 2.1 but on the LG website, a listed feature states that LG UHD TVs feature the latest HDMI ports. Forbes.com also mentioned that this TV has HDMI 2.1. Is this not true?

- Answer Update to my previous answer: so apparently what the LG representative told me over the phone was incorrect; however, I did find info that this specific model In all sizes has two HDMI ports with 4K/120P RGB 4:4:4 10-bit support, and the other two with 4K/60P 4:4:4 RGB 8-bit support. So this isn’t fully 2.1, but it has some 2.1 features and should be able to handle the bandwidth needs for next generation consoles.

- Answer This SmartTV has no HDMI ports that are output ports. So you could play DVD's from your old player to this TV but you wouldn't be able to record on that DVD recorder if the source signal was from this TV. A work around would be to purchase an external cable/TV source (like an Amazon Fire TV Cube) & run that signal via an HDMI cable from that source, into your old DVD recorder & then out of your old DVD recorder to 1 of the TV's 6 HDMI input ports. In that way, you'd be able to record whatever comes out of the external TV/cable source on your old recorder.
