Hi Kitty. LightScribe is a software that allowed users to create labels on the computer and then burn them onto a compatible LightScribe CD or DVD. LG, was the last manufacturer to stop producing a line of Light Scribe CD and DVD burners in June 2013. Regrettably, the LG - 8x External USB 2.0 Double-Layer DVD±RW/CD-RW Drive, Model # GP60NS50 does not have the capability to create labels on the computer and then burn them onto a compatible LightScribe CD or DVD and the Light Scribe software is no longer available...^IFV
