QuestionI plugged it into my Mac, popped in the disc that came with it. Now what? Instructions do not tell what file to click, and all files seem to be only for Windows.

- Answer I just had a similar problem. I went back to Best Buy and was told that as long as the computer is connected to the internet, one does not need the software CD at all. I tested this theory when I got home by inserting a music CD when I connected the device. Presto! the iMac now recognized the device and I transferred the music to my computer with no problem or difficulty. I haven't tried to burn a CD, or anything else, so I don't know if there will be a problem controlling that without the software CD, but my computer came with an application called "iDVD" so I'll have to investigate what that does.

- Answer We apologize for the inconvenience, the GP60NS50 is only able to play CDs and DVDs. It does not produce audio. This would be a feature of your computer. ^CP

It is compatible with Windows 7, Windows Vista™, Windows XP, and Mac OS® X Operating Systems and it comes with a Software CD (for Windows only). The Software CD includes DVD software for usage for Windows. It does have a TV Connectivity function that lets you play it through a TV's USB port. The LG DVD Player with USB Direct Recording, Model # DP132 is designed for use with TVs and cannot be used with computers. It connects to TVs via its Composite Video Out (Yellow RCA port) and Analog Audio 2 Channel Output (Red/White RCA ports) and it comes with an AV cable (i.e Red/White/Yellow RCA Composite cable) and a Remote Control with AAA batteries for the remote...^IFV
