“Hi. I purchased my LG S95QR Sound Bar with Sub and Surround back in Sept 2022 from Best Buy. It's been a great system. I've noticed the subwoofer is starting to cut out and at times make crackling sounds. What would you suggest I do to get this fixed?”

Make sure to not place the subwoofer too far from the soundbar itself. It is a common review from others that the subwoofer cannot be placed too far from the bar. If it still does that, what connection are you using? HDMI arc? or just bluetooth or something else.
