Just set the “HDMI input audio format” under the additional sound settings to PCM instead of bitstream and the audio sync issues appears to be resolved. Not sure if there is a downside to PCM instead of bitstream. Anyone have any thoughts?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same issue. On my tv I had to change a setting: settings —> sound —> expert settings —> digital output audio delay. Factory set at 51, I reduced to 31 and movies all play great. Hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can try power-cycling the Set-Top box or access its settings and look for a feature called "Secondary Audio Programming" or "SAP." Set this function to "Off." Likewise, if your TV has an SAP setting, turn it off or set to stereo mode. The issue could also be due to the broadcast itself. Try different channels to see if they also have an audio delay, if it only occurs on one channel, then the issue is with the broadcast. If the issue occurs on one channel only, contact the broadcast network provider. Make sure all cables are securely connected to the TV and the source device (set-top box, DVD player, BD player, home theater system, or game console). You can also try playing a different video source to determine if the issue occurs with other connected devices. The sound may be delayed due to audio processing delays in the soundbar. If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required...^IFV
