QuestionThis item has been working great since January. Now, it doesn't connect with the tv correctly. I've read everything. I was not here for the set up. It displays ARC and 2 dots flash then 4 then 2. Can't switch it. Only turns off if I unplug it. Help.

QuestionI am having issues with audio sync. TV is OLED B9; sound bar is SL8YG. The video is ahead of audio and I cannot adjust on TV AV sync. I have turned the tv's AV sync on and set to bypass per LG support. Have comcast cable box. Any further guidance?

- Answer Just set the “HDMI input audio format” under the additional sound settings to PCM instead of bitstream and the audio sync issues appears to be resolved. Not sure if there is a downside to PCM instead of bitstream. Anyone have any thoughts?

- Answer With it connected via HDMI/ARC to my TV, I have not not any syncing problems after 3 weeks of use.

QuestionCan the soundbar be mounted to a 65 inch LG C9 OLED? The base of the TV is very low and the soundbar covers the bottom of the TV. What are the mounting specs? Do you have mounts for the soundbar available?

- Answer I have the LG OLED 65 inch B9 and was having the same problem. I find it very poor planning that an LG sound Bar cannot be used with their OLED TV with the stand supplied by the TV. I have gotten around this by purchasing a Sanus table top stand so I could raise the TV a little higher.
