“My vacuum works for a few seconds and then enters what seems like turbo mode for a couple of seconds before turning off. LG says I need a new battery, but it has only been used a couple of times. How can I prevent this from turning off?”

• Check your filters and the extension to make sure nothing is blocked. Other than the battery if the unit is clogged somewhere, it will automatically shut off.
