- Answer The LG CordZero™ A9 Charge Cordless Stick Vacuum, Model # A905RM (Matte Red) is not the same model number as the LG CordZero™ A9 Ultimate Cordless Stick Vacuum, Model # A907GMS (Matte Grey). The Matte Grey model also comes with a Power Punch Nozzle and a Power Floor Nozzle which are not included with the Matte Red model...^IFV

- Answer According to the manual the power adapter can handle "100 V - 240 V~ 50/60 Hz, 0.8 A" so you should be able to use an adapter for a 220v plug.

- Answer This comes with a roller for hard wood floors and also vinyl floors so it works fine on my laminate flooring with no scratches ever seen. This particular model was my choice since this was not an accessory that had to be purchased separately.

- Answer Make sure that the adapter is connected to both the charging station and the power outlet. The auxiliary battery can be stored and charged in the base of the charging station. Storing the appliance on the charging station automatically recharges the battery. ^Daphane
