- Answer Use the Navigation key to highlight the scheduled day. Press the Left soft key New. Enter the Event name, then scroll down to set the remaining settings. Highlight a Calendar setting field, then press the Left soft key Set. For each Calendar event you can set: • Event name • Location • All day checkbox • Date and time • Time zone • Repeat / Repeat ends • Reminders • Reminder sound • Description Use the Navigation key to highlight the setting you want, then press the OK key Save when the Calendar entry is complete. ^CP
