• Yes, it will support as long as the phone has a supporting towers from T-Mobile.

• Yes ONLY if you down load an app to make phone calls, it depends which app. Some apps do not assign you a phone number when calling some one. The person receiving your call will only show anonymous. So if they have blocked any anonymous callers they will not receive your calls. Also if they unblock anonymous callers they will open the door to be bombarded by telemarketers. Chose wisely.
