You will need to contact TracFone online at tracfone.com or by phone to add the new cell phone to your account or begin an account if this is your first TracFone. They will activate it when you begin your service through them, either on a pay-as-you-go or monthly plan.

If you choose any other carrier, it would be the “Activate Later” pricing, because they are currently only able to activate service with those carriers...^IFV
